General Terms and Conditions

§ 1) Validity

The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between BioTool LabShop and its customers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. The mere inspection of our website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.

§ 2) Offer

All prices are quoted in the currency chosen by the customer exkl. VAT. The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery periods, availability and errors excepted.

§ 3) Delivery periods

Products which are in our warehouse are processed immediately after receipt of the order by us, other products are ordered from suppliers. The ordered products are delivered according to agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability of suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims by the customer.

§ 4) Shipping

The shipping costs are calculated according to country groups in flat rates and shown accordingly in the ordering process.

§ 5) Payment

Payment for goods ordered from BioTool LabShop is made by Credit Card or Post Finance Card.

§ 6) Warranty

The supplier undertakes to exercise due care and to deliver the products in good quality. The warranty period is one year.
Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive strain, unsuitable operating materials or extreme environmental influences.

§ 7) Defects / returns

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. In case of any defects please inform us within 3 working days. Returns of properly delivered goods require our prior consent. Opened packages as well as goods whose delivery is more than 7 days old cannot be taken back or exchabged. All returns are made at the expense and risk of the buyer.

§ 8) Legal notice

Place of jurisdiction is 3422 Kirchberg. Swiss law applies exclusively.
